OTC-BB Investors This is the place to be! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
We are going to try something a bit different here. We are not a "pick" site, but a place where you can see stocks we are playing and the DD explaining why.
| |
Our plan is to find OTC-BB stocks that are solid, have good management, good business plan, and the potential to increase shareholder value. We will focus on companies that have long-term prospects and are not momo or pump & dump plays. | A good stock can be played different ways. Some people have the time to watch tick by tick and can roll with success. If your sharp on charting and level 2, you can sometimes increase your position without additional cash outlay or take profits and move them to another play. The trick is to be SURE you are in a stock that will come back up from the low. Others prefer to find a company that you like, check everything you can out about it, then make your purchase. After the investment is made, you can just "keep an eye" on it and watch your share value increase. Both holding and rolling are can make you money in the market and you may do both on a stock depending on how it performs.

That's probably why the price moves so easily on such little volume. Their main product is a state of the art DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) system. According to what I was told, this DSL system is much faster than a T-1 connection. I don't know a lot about megs, etc., but I was told that a T-1 connection runs at about 1.54 megs. This DSL system runs at 52 megs. My understanding is it's almost the same speed as a fiber optic connection, but it operates just like a regular DSL connection through your phone line. Revenue for the next 12 months will be $33.6M based on the existing business model , which is called a 'run rate.' The following year they expect it to be $88M. These numbers exclude potential acquisitions. They are bringing on board a world class team of executives. Read their 5-8-2000 press release. There're more top executives coming on board. These executives, for the time being, are forgoing their salaries, in exchange for stock. They are planning three big acquisitions in fairly quick order. Two acquisitions within the next 30-60 days, one of which I was told was a 'major' network deal. The third about 90-120 days out. I was told these companies are excellent companies with good revenues with, at least, one having revenues in the tens of millions of dollars. They also are currently in the first stages of negotiations regarding mergers. Within a couple of weeks, they will have a national sales force of about 40 people. They are also in talks with some very big companies regarding the use of their system. Not just here in the US, but around the world. Their system can also replace the normal PBX system. All calls and routing can be handled at a central location by their system, which means no more PBX systems for companies. In addition, their system is far less expensive than any other system on the market. Where it may cost a business $3000 per month for the normal system, it would only cost about $750 for Symphony's system. Because it's so much faster and powerful, it can also handle business on a phone line with much more ease. They are also in talks with a Hydro company and a big phone company in Equador, in which they will use their system. Because of the terrain and that countries old equipment, fiber optics would be impossible to install. Their system, because of the multi-functionality and the low cost, would be perfect for third world countries. My understanding is that as soon as they have made their 3rd acquisition, they will be applying for NASDAQ listing. They already have the revenue requirements for it. In addition, within 2 months or so, there will be an influx of approximately $100+M coming in. I do not know who will be providing the cash, but I was told it is a very well known company.
